1. Please NI dont announce anything and dont sell your Products with wrong promises and Lies.

   Beginning no Songlayer for Maschine..
   Most stuff from Maschine JAM is as well Missing.
   And at present no Massive X until June for Komplete 12.

   Thats stupid and not a skillful Businessmodel. If you want to brand your Costumers aroused...its the right way for sure.

   Yes its difficult to develop Software...but you cant announce Massive X in September (merely so the peopel are thinking Komplete 12 is worth it) for February 2019. And than delaying it until 4 Months later.

   Whats wrong with your product management....is at that place any comunication between your developers and your Marketing team? Other Developers become information technology correct...Arturia, or UHE they announce something when information technology is fix....and not ten Month before the actual release to sell a bundle similar Komplete 12.

2. come october though, most people will have already forgotten virtually Massive 10 (because they can't get enough of sounds.com), and those that do & are complaining about information technology never having been released, will exist told by forum people to "get over it"

5. I take to agree unfortunately, I was just thinking about the same verbal comparison.
   The difference is the gaming community doesn't mess around, including the influencers, they will publicly trash a game if it fails it promises (fallout76 lol) but in Music gear, influencers always say eveything is amazinggggggg and there's no firsthand repercussions.

6. It's hardly like people pre-ordered Massive 10 individually. Information technology's part of a bundle with over 50 other products. Amend late than rushed imo

    I look @ Prototype line. Open Betas for everyone, some Teasers for new Features or devices. For example the new FL controller was first "leaked" from the Principal Programmer in the official Forum. They are interacting with the customs. There was also some problems with delayed Features but they alway communicate with the community. I don't run across anything like that here. Besides Behringer or Uhemaking such stuff. Show united states of america some love here in the Forum. Speak with us. Here. Even make some jokes.. But don't let us alone with missing features and false announcements

15. That's what this thread is nigh correct ? Massive X is delayed and we are pro-active about it, emailing everyone, sharing some info on how it looks like ... I don't have skillful Massive jokes right now but I'chiliad sure I'll notice something haha.

There'southward been a growing feeling for quite some time now of a growing disregard and disrespect NI appear to have for its customers and still more what seem like simulated promises only adds to that. Nearly people are perfectly OK near things being delayed if information technology's explained to them and has a band of honesty most it but feel over at least the last 2 years that I know of rarely seems to have honesty in the equation. People love the products and what they could become but despair of those products ever achieving their potential when at that place'south no valid communication from the visitor that makes them and all their feature requests are ingnored without explanation. NI are one of the worst companies I have e'er encounter in their attitude towards communication and at that place are times when their mental attitude towards their customers per se fares footling better.

    Yeah but the big difference is that other Company's don't annunciate such Stuff large on in that location Homepage and it is not continuing in any news Commodity in whatever other Music websites. At the Release day of Komplet 12. Everywhere stands "Massive X is coming""You get Massive X in February" no... Just no... Other company'due south just tease this stuff in the Forum and don't utilise upcoming Features for advertising. That's the existent Massive joke.

18. Why you can't look until the stuff is gear up and give it komplette 12 users for gratis? Why non look until Massive X is ready and on release Day you lot say" hey guys hither is Massive X and Komplet 12 users get it for complimentary" everyone would exist very Happy. no you lot did the completly wrong manner and say, "hey buy Komplet 12 you become Massive x in February" and now anybody is pissed. Well y'all want to apply it for advertising.

20. I hate to play the DA here but I'm going to exit on a limb considering I just called them the Devil, so now I have to, hahaha. You lot know they actually do a lot of things right, and 1 of them is building a successful international company. Practice companies large and small brand mistakes along the style? Of course they do but they also take to fence with things that nosotros as customers don't, and so they brand tough decisions that may end up incorrect, but we're all in this together.

    We do want them to stay in business and we do want them to sell new items. I don't know how they work internally, but in business marketing always seems to win over development. I'm not saying it's right, but I call back it'due south like what Matt said and that 12 is chock full of goodies to keep you satisfied until Ten drops. I would be worried if they were a new kid on the cake, simply I experience confident that it''ll exist right when released and the longer it takes the better it volition exist.

    I haven't been waiting for information technology, so I don't hateful to dismiss those of you lot who take been patiently waiting for information technology. I would agree they need to exist more responsive to their community.
